Cancellation Policy

Enrollment Policy - IMMF Summer Masterclasses 2026 The IMMF Summer Masterclasses 2026 are open to students, undergraduate and graduate students, diploma holders, and professional musicians of all ages, subject to completion of the enrollment procedure and artistic evaluation. Enrollment is carried out exclusively online through the dedicated form available on the official IMMF website. The enrollment application is considered formally received by the organization upon payment of the required fee; however, final acceptance of the participant is subject to the artistic evaluation process described below. - Evaluation and Acceptance of Participants - The effective acceptance of the student into the Masterclass is subject to the submission of an enrollment video, prepared in accordance with the guidelines provided by the organization. The video will be submitted to the sole and unquestionable evaluation of the Masterclass instructor, who will assess the candidate’s suitability with respect to the required technical and artistic level. Enrollment shall be considered definitively confirmed only after formal acceptance by the instructor. Should the candidate not meet the required technical and artistic standards, the IMMF organization will provide a full refund of the enrollment fee paid, with no deductions and no additional charges for the participant. - Participation Fees - Enrollment fees (active participant / auditor) are specified in the section dedicated to each individual Masterclass. Once final acceptance has been granted, enrollment fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the Masterclass by the organization. - Deadlines- Applications will be accepted until the maximum number of participants for each Masterclass has been reached, and in any case no later than the deadline indicated. IMMF reserves the right to close registrations early. Liability IMMF shall not be held responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the Masterclass Activities
