About Us
The IMMF – International Music Masterclass & Festival is an international cultural and educational project founded in 2010 with the aim of bringing together advanced musical training, artistic excellence, and the enhancement of cultural heritage.
Each year, in the inspiring setting of Sicily, IMMF welcomes students, professors, and artists from all over the world, offering high-level masterclasses, concerts, chamber music activities, and meaningful opportunities for artistic and personal exchange.
The Festival is distinguished by an international faculty of outstanding musicians who are active as soloists, principal players in major orchestras, and professors at leading European institutions.
IMMF is not only a place of study, but a fully immersive experience. It provides a stimulating environment where artistic development is nurtured alongside cultural dialogue, shared experiences, and mutual inspiration.
The international dimension of the Festival encourages the creation of long-lasting professional networks and offers concrete opportunities for young musicians to engage with the professional music world.
Over the years, IMMF has supported the artistic growth of numerous talented students, some of whom have gone on to achieve major international recognition, including prize winners at the ARD International Music Competition in Munich—one of the most prestigious competitions in the classical music world.
Great attention is given to the quality of organization, hospitality, and the relationship with the host territory, fostering a virtuous connection between music, cultural tourism, and the local community.
IMMF believes in music as a universal language, a tool for personal growth, and a pathway to excellence. A place where talent is cultivated, experience is shared, and the future of music is shaped together.
